How to care for your microgreens

Many folks are unfamiliar with how to care for their greens once they've been unboxed at home. They think that they'll need some skill in keeping these guys alive and maybe we all have a dead houseplant or two in our past!

We make it super easy for anyone to pass as a green thumb with our home delivery trays. When we deliver the greens, they have been growing for 6-8 days and are already well established.

The first thing you'll want to do is place your tray in an area of the kitchen that has indirect sunlight. This will keep them happy and not overly stressed by our warm summer sun. To keep them watered, simply lift one of the trays up and pour a half to a full cup of water in the bottom tray. The greens will soak up what they need, as they need it.

Depending on your home's temperature and humidity, it may be necessary to water them daily, the goal is to keep the soil from drying out. That about sums it up!

So now that you're a professional microgreen handler, you'll have a beautiful display of purples and greens full of nutrient dense richness to share with family and friends. Enjoy!
